Data processing takes place at the aforementioned premises of the data controller and is carried out only by technical personnel in charge of processing.
If necessary, personal data related to the website services may be processed by the staff of the company that maintains the technological part of the website, in which case they will be appointed as data processors.
3. NATURE OF THE DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
The information you provide to us by sending us an email and/or filling out registration forms will only be used to answer your questions or fulfil your requests.

7. RIGHT TO PROVIDE DATA
Without prejudice to the personal autonomy of the data subject, the optional, express and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this website shall entail the subsequent obtainment of the sender's address, which is necessary for replying to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
8. PERIOD OF RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data will be used only for the period of time necessary in order to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected (personal data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the data controller and the user will be kept until the execution of the contract is completed; personal data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the data controller will be processed until such interest is fulfilled), or until the time in which you clarify your objection to the use of your personal data by OLIVIEROTOSCANISTUDIO SRL or until you withdraw your consent.

This website may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union.

10. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

In any event, OLIVIEROTOSCANISTUDIO SRL may erase your personal data only if there is no legal obligation or overriding right of OLIVIEROTOSCANISTUDIO SRL in relation to its retention.

13. SECURITY
The data is stored and controlled by adopting technical and organizational security measures suitable to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk and aimed at minimizing the risk of loss and/or destruction, unauthorized access, unauthorized processing and/or processing not in accordance with the purposes for which the processing is carried out.
The data processor, or any person acting under the data controller’s authority or that of the controller, who has access to personal data may not process such data unless instructed to do so by the data controller, unless required to do so by European Union or Member State law. The data controller reserves the right to make changes to this Policy at any time, notifying users of this website and, if possible, on the Application, as well as, if technically and legally feasible, by sending a notification to users through one of the contact details in its possession.
